Earlier today, Three mafia men held me hostage and forced me to pay 50 caps for taxes. This tax was needed to be paid if you took refuge in the small town I was staying in. Acceptable, I paid the fee and was off.
Later, I was exploring a small shelter at the edge of the map, the mafia men came in and again wanted taxes. I immediately ran for I did not want to lose another 50 caps. But wait.... They only collected money for living that certain area. Wrong.
I was then gunned down a few seconds later. A short while later, in another remote location, The three men saw me. I then immediate fled the area before being gunned down.... again.
Another short while later, in another remote location, the three men chased after me. I hid in a warehouse and after ten minutes or so, they found me and wanted me to pay them caps.
At this point I thought to myself (put politely) " These guys are going to not stop harassing me no matter what, It's to the point where it's minging." Well.... It is minging. Constantly hunting a single player down and trying to take his money and to kill him without end. So I got up and left.... I don't let people minge. So kill me if you're going to kill me it's all you will ever do. The one member (A Super admin) wips out his physics gun and pulls me towards him. Stating in chat (WE WERE RPing WE WERE RPing) No you were not RPing. The only option was to minge my own way out or lose caps. Due to FearRP or just their rules in general... I could not just get shot.... I would have HAD to given them money. I continued to flail until I was flung across the map and died. "Great! Out of that minge fest" I then get teleported back and the process repeats itself over and over. The server owner is being contacted however It is too late. The super admin has something against me and bans me for a month. They also (at first) lied and said I never died by them. Then they said all my deaths from them were OOC.
Let's think about this.
First
If my deaths were OOC, Why was I required to give caps? It was a constant mugging, and a mugging that there was no way out of.
Second
Hunting down a single player and constantly making him give you caps (However I refused most of the time by fleeing instantly however still getting shot) is just.... Really mingey in general. (Muggings can be expected, however when you will not being hunted it's just..... Dumb.)

If you're going to lie.... Don't then ban me for doing "wrong".
